"Our house flooded due to a broken water pipe. Mike came to check the damage as soon as we called. He immediately got his people working on our claim! Madison, Mellisa, Deija and Ronny Moten were extremely helpful during the 6-7 weeks it took to get our house livable. They always answered our calls and were very helpful! This adventure was less stressful thanks to all of his people!"

"Somebody with this insurance crashed my pick up, now I'm having problems because they don't want to pay me, so this not a good insurance they are very irresponsible, and I talk to them and they are very rude, just because they don't want to pay"

"Really hoped to see that 4.9 star customer service at work. Sadly today was not it. Spoke to Melissa for a home and auto quote, I clearly stated I was looking to do business with them only. She took my information down, we only got halfway done when she asked to be excused to speak with a different customer. She did promise to call back within 30min tops so I didn’t mind. Two hours later, I get an email from a different location in midland, not even a phone call! It felt very impersonal, hence the two stars. Not gonna lie, She was nice over the phone but I just disagree the way my situation got handled."
